Brokinow: I think we're all familiar with high intensity interval training, or hit. You've probably seen videos or read that in magazines and stuff. It really has become a favorite for a lot of people because it's very efficient at doing what it does best. But one thing you do have to be ware of, like i said in the beginning, we do need more recovery. That just means we need to do the high ntensity stuff a little less frequently.
