I feel like engineers and product managers aren't created like creative professionals like they are in America it's a lot more like cogs. I'm kind of out of the 10 of the PM's of my team quit like like at their one year mark. A lot of non Chinese people also doing pretty well at TikTok. But in general it's I think that Christians is just higher than Western tech companies, at least in the US office. And I actually to and it's kind of like a stepping stone if you want to do business in China or build a build a resume there and like branch off later.
