Eating Foods in the Right Order
The science shows us that if you eat the constituents of a meal in a specific order, you can reduce the glucose spike of the meal by 75%. So the correct order is vegetables first, proteins and fats second, starches and sugars last. And so when you do this, you know, you're not removing anything.
