The Cost of Transitioning to a Four-Day Work Week

In this instance if all of a sudden we say okay we know what we're going to transition to a four-day work week we want to model the impact that has immediately. Our capacity went from 41,600 hours now down to 33,280 hours. That would put their agency gross income for this business at about 3.42 million dollars. It's not great but it's probably good enough for them to be profitable moderately profitable and if we actually just do the math on what their profit is in this case it's about 19.8% okay so right around 20%.
