Vacher: I want of that team that is fully on board with really holding that emotional state of my animal in very high importance throughout everything that we do. So if you aren't that person, you really need to express that you're not that person. Most clients don't have even the knowledge that something like emotional welfare at the vet exists on a cognitive level. Those are the people that Vacher used to deal with on their regular basis.
