What Made You Want to Build Gitpod?
Gitpod was created out of a desire to lower the barrier to engage with such projects and at the same time enable a new way of working. One of the earliest features that was put into Gitpod was PR reviews. We wanted to reduce the looks good to me kind of type review way. And provide a more hands-on experience where you can actually try the code, run the unit tests and really interact with it in a way that does not change that global state on your machine.
