Is There a Specific Diet That You Prefer?

If the person is willing to check their own blood sugar at home after meals, about an hour after meals. If they can access a continuous glucose monitor, just a patch that you put on your arm and it will trace your blood sugar readings even overnight. And if we see that blood sugar growing up too high, say to 125 or higher, especially if it's over 140 milligrams per deciliter, then that particular way of eating is not safe for your metabolism. We'll look at the lipid profile and we'll do a lot of other very common lab tests.
