What Is Racism and How Can It Be Confronted?

i would say that was the first thing ut changed, the min sat about how raceism works and what it is. But then i definitely also encourage folks to look at those statistics and look at what the majority of african americans who live in this country and have th experience have tosay about it. And then the last thing would be sacrifice and comfort. Im, i think that m, you know, it's sometimes difficult to disagree or to say something that some one might be offended by. But i think that we have to deal with it in order to move forward.
