A source tells CNN the suspect was under surveillance for at least a couple days before his arrest. Plus, the Florida House approved a bill that would ban most abortions after six weeks as the national debate on the procedure has intensified. A Texas judge ordered the suspension of the FDA’s approval of a medication abortion drug and a federal appeals court has frozen parts of the order. The DOJ is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene in the dispute. Dr. Jennifer Conti is an abortion care provider and an adjunct clinical assistant professor of OB/GYN at Stanford. She tells Anderson Cooper what could happen to her patients if the medication is banned.
