What Are the Conflicts of Interest in Real Estate Appraisals?

There was quite a bit of hostility. Many of them believed that black people should be happy with any housing that they received through the programme. But perhaps more insidiously is that the f h a and hud relied on part time real estate brokers ougt to do the appraisal. The first investigations into the programms begin as early as 19 70. So almost as soon as it actually becomes s law, there are questions about conflicts of interest.
