Building a Team Culture When Going to a New Setting
The key is from where you are to the goal. Often you won't know everything you need to know at the beginning. You have to have a system for learning as you go through a season in football or through a road race in cycling. Underpinnying all of that, you're trying to build a team culture that is determined to win but also open to this learning all the way through. And I think always the first step is to try and understand and really pick up on what is the current culture.
