Is There a Debt Ceiling?

In most countries it which by the way Democrats could have done in the young session there was a path to do exactly that and Through rent budget reconciliation, which required only Democrats they could have put forward a bill that says we raise the debt ceiling to 40 quadrillion dollars. To me, I think it is a bit of malpractice to not even try to Figure out a way to get rid of this it's insane. The idea that that would hurt anyone politically is just completely fanciful.
