I like to sleep, but dude, we some of you haven't been able to sleep. I've been waking up six hours on the dot. It's exactly like, it could swing both ways. Maybe they have a very demanding lifestyle, and they just want an app,. or it's the other, or they're just lazy and like this. "Sleep rebound" is an actual scientific term where if you sleep deprived, you will rebound and sleep a lot. You need to have a consistent sleep schedule for longer and more to recover curses.
