We can just have the best intentions of feeling really focus on important things, but whatever goes on in our day can easily override that. Choosing gratitude is a good way to help us focus on what's important. And whenever you find yourself starting to feel sorry for yourself, which, oh friend, i can find myself in that place so fast. For me, this is, this is it. Like, i hate the dishes, guys. I hate them. But i have to flip my perspective or else, seriously, doing the dishes can put me in a downward spiral. and i'm not even kitding that.
