Is There a Difference Between Women and Men in Power Base Training?

It seems to me as if women have greater work capacity, just general capability. Women actually do a lot better with power based training and shorter recovery within the power base sets. Just from the nature of central nervous system, it doesn't take as long to recover. And there is some really good early research that's been continuing through which shows women not only are they more endurance, but they do better with lower in power base training.
