Closing 1.9 - What's New?

Closure 1.9 was just released. What's new in closure 1.9? So at the language level, it's mostly bug fixes and things like that. But one of the things that we've been working on is something called spec. And that led to a bunch of work which is maybe hard to see but quite important around how closure consumes dependencies.
