If we can re vamp promotion and tenure in academic medicine. It's a huge step forward, because right now it's a grotesquery. To any incursion of social theory or or political theory, is not objective and therefore not credible. So this has to start very, very early with people understanding that even the notion of a meritocracy,. for goodness sake, which we know does not exist.
