Are All Fruits and Vegetables a Good Source of Protection?

All fruits and vegetables contribute to our over all consumption of them and our fibre intague for the day. Some specific foods that, you know, i'd say again, if i were to make a less they appear to be extra protective,. So those, am food specifically, would be foods from the allion family, like garlic and onions and shallots and leeks. And i feel like bees are so wonderful, m in the sense that they offer so much flavor to the foods that we're making too. I always love to give u props to the spices. They're there to add some great flavour to our food.
