Reaction to the Plague

The majority of the most extreme plague fanatics are women who derive meaning from their prescriptions that narrowly focus on supposed safety while ignoring all other matters. Why this should be is somewhat of a mystery to me. Part of it, of course, is mass feminization, allow ing the concerns of one type of woman - what kazinski would call a weak or hysterical woman -- to dominate education and public discourse. No doubt there is more to it, perhaps tied to deliberate manipulation in the service of control. Maybe i'll come back to this topic another day.
