The Negative Effects of a Neoliberal Policy Solution
Sally Kohn: The whole idea that we're not just predicting things that are like these static characteristics that are unchangeable, right? She says it's a ready-made neoliberal policy solution. It produces efficiency and reduces the labor hours people have to spend; you can do things in a faster way if you use an abstract rubric., she says. Kohn: And this is part of a broader framework that we're often trying to poke holes in here on this show. You know, how you can use scientific objectivity as this kind of veneer that can then take something that is systemically unjust and say, listen, we have this filter for justice.
