What Is Havening?

Havening is a psychosensory therapy that was created a couple of years ago by two doctors here in new york. You take the three different touch modalities that these researchers have identified and you do it on yourself. The more stressed you are, the more instantaneous you'll start to feel what just ten arm strokes can do for you. And so during these highly stressful times, i've been havening myself like crazy.
