I think we're probably due for a longer, you know, sideways action than most people expect. The one comment that I've seen everybody make is, oh, it'll always come back. When I hear the words always and definitely I started thinking to myself, "We could be Japan and it could be 10 years before we see the highs or more" It's an interesting story.
