Continuous Design Versus Continuous Development?
The team creates a backlog of learning goals. You don't want to spend three months with one learning in progress, only to find out that you ere kind of answering the wrong question it. The learning is fresher than sitting on a shelf for two months because someone did it way up stream and contacts have changed or things have evolved. Team morale is almost like hire in the sense of, we went out to learn this thing, and now we're doing something with it.
