The Normal Relay for the Sport

It's a normal relay, like the 400 meter where they do 100 meters each. But then there's 200 meters at the end for some reason. The first person in that swimming relay is just swimming the correct distance for an Olympic event. All the others are done by handoffs. They start in the water as normal with a backstroke. So everything else is handoff.
