Leopold Hugo's Life and Work
Leopold hugo served napoleon more or less until his abdication. He had a long and industrious career, from the revolution at aged 16 to abdication when he was in his early forties. Early in this career, he met and fell in love with a woman named sophie trebuchet who was in her twenties. The marriage was not going so well as Sophie wanted to live near home while leopold was travelling all over France. Leopold captured and executed the legendary fra diavolo in naples, a leader of the resistance to france. This would constitute victor's childhood.
