Data Literacy and Education - John Kron's Predictions for 2030
Kron: My favorite question to use for people who like to use a lot of buzzwords is just ask them what problem are you solving? If they can't answer that, they're just selling the hype. And our final prediction for 2022 was how increasing the data literacy of the global workforce from its relatively low levels. About 21 percent of people on the planet have data literacy and increasing that is critical to allowing people across industries to be making better data-driven decisions.
