Businesses that i love, again, you look out your window and there's businesses out there right now for you to study. None of them are passion projects. Nobody's doing this stuff because they love it. People are doing it because it makes dollars and cents. Too many people a are ignoring em because they're not sexy, they're not fun. They're not ever going to be scalable to every city in the country. I just think it's something that everybody thinks that they're an expert in. Forget the blue ocean strategy. Find a way to provide a common serviceunco y well and you win. The customers are there. The competition is weak. The risk is minimal
