I Think Peter Had a Leadership Role Among the Apostles
I think that basically the orthodox and the Protestants are totally in agreement that Peter had a leadership role. The concern is that it, in my opinion, should not be simply assumed that responsibilities given to Peter are just going to roll on. That needs to be clearly established in the Holy Scripture because so much is at stake. If there's an a shepherd, a pastor over the whole church who can speak and teach infallibly, we need more than just Peter.
