House Price Benchmark - The Fastest Price Gain Since the Great Depression
The s m p corps logi shiller national home price index rose 18 point eight % last year. It's faster than any of the yearly price gains that led up to the massive housing bubble and bust around 15 years ago. Douch bank has stitched together a few different sources for historical us. House prices, and it reckons that last year's gain was the fastest since right after world war two. There's severe housing shortage, brought on in part by sluggish construction in the wake of the last bubble.
