On a very practical level, it is that you should decide, how much do i need to get paid? And then any extra goes into a business operating account. You may not be making enough money based on that grid. Well, you can still bonus yourself out a draw from the profits,. But try to establish something. For example, i'm the highest producer in the firm, and i'm like an 80, thank you, an 82 % pay out. Some of theouther visers like a 70 % payout based on their production.
