Conservative legal movement has been able to successfully paint row as being incorrect. Liberal students across the country probably give that at least some credence, if not ready with it outright right? In law school, when you're in conlaw and im talking about rovy wade, or if you're in fourteenth amendment or whatever,. A very common, like, a structure to class discussion that day will be like a debate, which amendment would have been better to justify the right to have an abortion? You know, like, should it have been the fourteenth Amendment? Well, there are some good arguments for why ae been the ninth.
