What I Love About Baking and Bread
Being able to bake suddenly opened up this world of like elooked or instograam. And there were these bakers from all round the world who i loved to see, and were loving fred just as much as i was loving fred. It means that you can meet these people from complete different worlds, but have these amazing conversations because you are so in love with the same thing. I think the other thing about baking and bread in particular, though, is that there's a really nice scaffolding to it.
