Is the State Defining Property Rights?
The more inviolable property rights are, the more robust society becomes. It seems like the problem we've always had is that property rights have always been under the per view of the state. The emergence of the state was at least partially necessary, a to scale property rights. But one nit pick heres, it's not that the property right was defined by the state in a bad way,. t it's that the state bureaucrats violated the natural borocity rights of sovereign individuals.
