The purpose of a goal is to be appropriate in the moment. Figure out the one thing that you want to focus on for this first quarter of 20 21, or maybe for the rest of the year. Remember to identify the domino and then go smaller. What's the one thing you can do that would make exercising five days a week easier or unnecessary? I'd have to get up earlier.
