i would love to hear you talk about what it feels like to be in an organization that is insufficiently addressing this particular crisis. So a technique that we have found that's particularly helpful since the summer of 20 20, is when you talk to a group people and you surface the indignities that they are suffering. None of em are fatal, but collectively, they're exhausting. And collectively, they could end up with, as soon as i have a better alternative on leaving. But surfaits the indignities list and then create a parallel dignities list. It costs like five dollars, like, there's usually nothing on the indignity list that's expensive.
