Is It Time to Press the Panic Button?
i wrote an oped article saying, it is time to press the the panic button. Andy thinks we urgently need some legal ground rules. We cannot contain this powerful technology through technology. There has to be some sort of legal framework. The way he sees it, the technological edge will keep pushing forward with a i at the forefront.
