The Other Mob With Power
When political leaders disagree with one another, then both sides can say it's the other person's fault. So they are immune to a certain amount of responsibility. When in reality, what you want from a political leader is the ability to come up with a policy and pass it into law. And if their policies are bad, if their Policies are bad, then we can clearly identify that it is that group, that group of leaders, that is responsible.
