The Disembodied Residents of the Spiritual World
In the biblical mindset, the spiritual world has lots of characters. And one of the terms you can use of them is Elohim. It doesn't mean that they are equal to Yahweh of Israel. The letters G O and D as equating to a set of attributes. All the term means is that you would use the term Elohim to describe or label some entity that lives in the spiritual world.
