New York's Ban on All Cigarettes

New York state health officials have started laying the groundwork to prohibit the sale of all tobacco products. So, cigarette sales must be outlawed, or purchasing pot is okay? Where is the health rationale for that? In the meantime, New York's Governor Kathy Hochl and state legislators are negotiating a ban on menthol cigarettes - which would cost the state several hundred million dollars in taxes over the next couple of years.
