Matt Lohood: I'd strongly encourage if you're a leader and you've been doing it a long time. You need to have a look if you're relevant still because a lot of people. They got to do what worked 10 years ago, five years ago, three years ago. Unless you can show your team that you're doing what they're doing, you're not relevant in my view. If there was one final piece of advice that you'd like to give people this week, what would it be? He says he's going to spend 50% of his week adding value to other people around him.
