What Caught Me by Surprise When I Joined the Company
"The onboarding was for such a small company was immaculate. The amount of openness, friendliness and direct feedback that wasn't as condescending because this is what we expect most of the time was just fantastic," she says. "So far, it's been a delight to a point where I sort of have a little bit of PTSD because I'm like, how do I operate in this non-toxic environment?" She adds: "I don't believe that we have that type of culture here."
