How to Create a Routing Note in a Lightning Network

A routing note just does two simple things, it's receiving a payment and sending a payment out through another channel. In the lightning network, you can think of it like an abacus, and you're moving the beads across from one channel to another. And in this case, if all the beads are on your side, you can't receive. So i'm going to point my bicoin in the direction of either some place where i want to pay myself, or i can kind of take a guess at where people want to pay in future. That would mean a maintaining that inboun liquidity from your best connected peers, and then providing the outdown liquidity at popular payment destinations.
