When I work with anybody, CEO or a housewife or a student, I begin by getting to know them to find out where they are on the mountain. The role really ultimately of level four religious people is to recognize that while this is a path that's taking them to the top of the mountain and they're grateful for it, it isn't necessarily everyone else's path. And so it's the exclusivity of my path being the only path that stops our progress up the mountain which is called dogmatism. If you practice helping people up that mountain, they're going to find a more holistic and fulfilled and happy relationship with life. They're going to have a different relationship with work
