How to Be a Successful Founder

As a founder there aren't very many people who share the same roles and the same cares that you do. So it can be hard to find people to talk to who can actually empathize with what you're going through. I think keeping employees in the loop of what's going on helps them stay motivated, help them understand that things they're doing making impact overall.
