"I'm getting the dopamin hit, like i fixed the problem by complaining about it to somebody else who can't do anything about it," he writes. "It was this real wake up moment for me where i realized the organization was going through a ton of change at that time." He says people often complain because they think saying something will result in action. The act of complaining helps them process their frustration and takes away any accountability, he adds.
