Wyngart: I want to talk a little bit about positioning of the trauma patient. We're always told to elevate the head of the bed and the brain injured patient. It's become more of a standard practice now to intubate with the head elevated although I still see trauma patients flat on the stretcher during the entire resuscitation. Wyngart: Reverse trend Delenburg is especially important for this sort of higher BMI patient, the patient that's going to struggle with the panis effect if you will.
