De Niro plays a wannabe stand up comic who's delusional. He is stalking like a kind of a Jay Leno, Johnny Carson type character played by Jerry Lewis. It's hard for me to recommend because it's bizarre. But you know, if you like Scorsese and you haven't seen it, you should check it out.
