Five men were arrested in connection with the kidnapping of Mary Nellis. The sixth man, Richard Yoart, was a former Toronto Metro Police officer. They all planned to plead not guilty to charges of kidnapping and conspiracy to kidnap. But on the day their trial was due to begin, everything would change.
