Henry Kravis: I'm looking for a couple things. Did they talk about their team? Because none of us, I don't care who we are, get to the top or build a terrific company without a team. They also have to be very willing to take feedback all too often. CEOs are not good at accepting feedback. And lastly, and this is a given in my view, they have to be ethical. That's how we've always run KKR.
