You Don't Know What the Maze Will Hold

You don't know what the maze will hold. That's a key point. It tends to have back firing mechanisms, where you do one thing and it actually ends up sinking you deeper to a deeper level of the maze. Most rats stick to the well trodden thoroughfares. You're inside of an infinite maze with no beginning and no end. Just to think that you are inside of a physical maze is already to trap yourself within a maze, inside the maze.
